While joining , if u ask and get more salary, hcl is very good. no timing, safe(no firing)...

Cons

after joining in hcl, every appraisal is bad like other indian services company..but other company will give some amount..but hcl will give very less percentage Interview process, no timings....if anyone come for interview in the morning, they will leave by night only..they should forget lunch

This is a good place to work. You can get more chance to prove your self. you have a lot of fun and pleasure here. You can get a chance for onsite travel.

Cons

There is no any consern of your knowledge and domail and technologies. They will deploy to any domain and in any technologies. management are not good here. They are only seeking the billing of candidate not for candidate carrier.
