You can grow your pressure handling ability. Situations, clients, management and team are very adverse so working here will give you so much confidence to handle any situations in future. Not much pros side in HCL KOLKATA
Cons
There is a huge list: a. Unnecessary pressure created by management and team menmbers itself. b. Very poor quality of team management, poor code quality and deliverables c. No stand point in front of clients by managers. They will always put you down even if your point is correct d. Poor behavior of higher management towards employees especially developers. If you are a Tester(QA). This place is heaven for you. e. No Hike. Not even a single penny. So negotiate the maximum at the time of joining itself. f. Poor Technical Leads. No leadership and knowledge transfer attitude in the leads.
