      Its just 10 months since i joined and i dint find any pros till now

      Cons

      Tagline says "employee first" . But definitely not employee friendly company. No one would take our concerns in to consideration. Even HR doesnt help. Not many domains and lot of maintanence. so its difficult to find good opportunities.many project doesnt have onsite. not a clever idea to join this company.

      Freedom at work place Good opportunities for people working in infrastructure and management services vertical(IMS) Very poor training and no scope for enhancing skills.

      Cons

      NO/LESS opportunities for people working in ADM (Application development and management). Lot of negative work environment.
