      A company that calls itself 'a transformer' while actually being just a body shopper

      stable employment even in crisis situation visionary CEO and some good top executives

      Cons

      A body shop that has zero interest in the employee and employees well being CEO talks about "employee first" "disruptive" "transformer" but no one at the ground level implements it...all are just interested in billing..forget value creation HR and Admin behave like they are doing a favor by letting the employee work in USA Worst compensation in USA Benefits are bare minimum (as req by law) and lowest possible Works like Indian government, a lot of red tape for everything Kingdoms run by "General" Managers who do not add any value, they just walk around showing their influence and power

      Pros

      No Qualifications required. No experience required handy for students good training fair commission you will learn things such as the "small print in contracts"

      Cons

      The management and team leads - useless and lazy.. and some cases broke hcl rules cold calling calling people who didn't want to talk to you selling products which are useless pay not enough for the abuse you get poor hours.. started at 12-9

      If you manage to survive here, you can be confident that you can survive anywhere else.

      Cons

      Job role given is not the same as the role advertised. HR is extremely unhelpful and actually quite revengeful. This company is currently under audit for various illegal exploits. Most staff are Tamil and quite racist towards non-tamil employees. If you're unfortunate enough to actually be put into a project, you will have no work life balance. They will work you till you are sick then penalize you for taking time off to recover.
