      Pros

      1. Campus is newly build and have all advanced facilities. 2. Transport facilities are reachable to almost all parts of city. 3. Company has well process for all activity eg. On-boarding, project allocation, remedy. 4. Some of projects are running for more than 10 Years. 5. Onsite opportunity depending upon roles.

      Cons

      1. Company Hires for projects and leaves on bench. 2. Internal interview is like external interview in most of project, you will have to face 3 rounds of interview including client. 3. If unable to fetch project within 90 days of bench, HR may contact any time and inform for your last day. 4. Feel lucky if u get email response from HR or Workflow partner. 5. Hike is comparatively less than other company.

      Pros

      Depends upon your projects. If you are in UK, Europe & Australia project then it is the possibility to get onsite. Atmosphere & work culture is good.

      Cons

      It is hell to be in US projects for onsite. Process are strictly to follow and you have to be proactive for you work, don't be depend on departments for their responsibilities. Politics in appraisals and onsite opportunities. To achieve good appraisals and onsite you have to buttering to you Reporting Manager and Project Managers.
