Pros
1. Job security is better compared to other service based companies 2. You can have a laid back work life unless client forces you with other activities 3. Work life balance is good
Cons
1. They mostly offer less CTC 2. The recruitment HR does salary negotiation like a fish seller. No standards. 3. Similar to most other service based companies, they hardly have anything to do with your work and growth. Everything is as per client's command.
