There is no good point except it is located in Noida.

Cons

1. Worst Salary package. 2. Once you are on bench, it is very difficult to get project. 3. Firing on Bench. 4. Appraisal are very poor. 5. HR & senior management used to harass employees.

They are a local company so you have options for working in the smaller cities also. They make you feel like you are working in your dad's company.

Cons

Experience in the outer doesn't matter. Salary is very very low. You can't have too many hoildays except the casual leaves.
