      1) it has an excellent work environment. 2) you will really be rewarded and recognised for your work. 3)the company is working on employee oriented(centric) work culture.

      Cons

      1) probably you need to be ready for relocation. 2) the freshers who are getting in are getting belated induction date because of recent recession.

      Work balance between employees is not equal which can be better(Another IT company) Employees talk in their own native language which is very annoying.
