Pros

Worst company for freshers. Come with a good package when you are getting an offer in HCL. Orelse don't expect hikes. Even you performed better or even got good rating the amount will something so small.

Cons

Worst management team. Lot of politics. Name sake policy so called " Employee first customer second" !

Pros

Every piece of information about company and employee is on a centralized server. May it be the first day of joining or the last day in the company the process is hassle free and completely automated.

Cons

Annual hikes and transport rules are not that much employee friendly.
