      Pros

      Provided night shift allowance. Provided leaves whenever required. Internal politics are similar to other corporate environments. Depends on your patience, handling, and managing colleagues and management.

      Cons

      Transportation was not provided. It's problematic in locations like Nagpur. HR was very slow in onboarding. Training experience is not accepted by HR.
