      the pay really good, but you have to negotiate hard.

      Cons

      if you don't negotiate hard enough some ma earn more and do less because the negotiate harder one time in you can not renegotiate any more. bad management that have no idea how to provide you with the best work conditions and also do not care about costumer experience. number is the only thing that counts.
