Job security - rare to see layoffs

Once you employed there is minimum chances of layoff

I believe the company is verry good in terms of Job security, growth and recognition. They do a strict BGV, so make sure you don't hide anything from them. It's like a government job working in hcl if you are even a average performer, they do not layoff or fire.
