      + a very good, competetive salary, + a lot of travelling not only in a country but also abroad, + a very nice work team,

      - too much work sometimes - sometimes feeling of not having enough time for private life - no workout places

      Pros

      great people to work with - teamleads and director are both fair and down to earth people - flexible with working from home - free workout room, free coffee - good benefits

      Cons

      - work requires a lose 24/7 support, no pagers but we periodically log into the network to check apps - pay is on the low end of competitiors - looks like more and more jobs are being outsourced slowly but surely

      Pros

      Stable work environment. Recognizable brand will look good on your resume. Most are paid very well for the work they are doing. Ability to move up through the ranks if you are in the right circle.

      Cons

      Upper management fails to recognize changing markets quickly enough. A lot of talk, but not enough action or resources devoted to carry out the necessary changes.
