      Pros

      - great people to work with - teamleads and director are both fair and down to earth people - flexible with working from home - free workout room, free coffee - good benefits

      Cons

      - work requires a lose 24/7 support, no pagers but we periodically log into the network to check apps - pay is on the low end of competitiors - looks like more and more jobs are being outsourced slowly but surely

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and above average benefit package - 401K match is 100% of the first 6%. Generous PTO. Nice and friendly people to work with (at least at the front!). Interesting industry and lot of potential for growth. Good job security for the moment and it's a pretty lay back environment.

      Cons

      Some people are incompetent but they are still around just because of some buddy relationships with management. Very political and management tend to block people from moving around to other departments. There are no tuition reimbursement. No career development programs.
