      Can be a flexible work environment by allowing employees to work from home

      Cons

      The pay sucks. For the amount of work that is expected of you the salary isn't reflective of that. Also there is alot of political BS. Unless you know someone at the top, don;t count on your hard work resulting in a promotion....
