      Great work place. Excellent benefits. Value International Experience. Great and friendly people. Opportunities to grow locally and international. Part of a Brand Name Company

      Not a Brand Name Company by itself. Not the best salaries. Some areas too much travel

      Can be a flexible work environment by allowing employees to work from home

      Cons

      The pay sucks. For the amount of work that is expected of you the salary isn't reflective of that. Also there is alot of political BS. Unless you know someone at the top, don;t count on your hard work resulting in a promotion....

      Relaxed environment Travel perks Freedom to work on projects Interaction with regional colleagues. About half your time is out of the office.

      Cons

      A little bureaucratic at times. Directors and management are not rank and file. Hence they do not understand what happens on the ground. Tendency not to promote from within.
