      Exposure to Bleeding edge software technologies. Great people to work with. Company growth has been decent during the recession. Many opportunities to further personal growth.

      Cons

      Pay is at the lower end of the scale. More and more contracting out jobs - mostly in R&D for now.

      Dynamic, engaging environment with incredibly smart people. Rapidly evolving industry requires innovation, quicking thinking and partnership. Potential for closer work with Nokia to address market challenges. Great global opportunities. Fun, exciting team in great downtown location.

      Cons

      Time of transition with closer integration to Nokia parent. Unclear roles for NAVTEQ advancement in new organization. NAVTEQ has been "on hold" in key areas for sometime as Nokia has worked to determined alignment across other resources and this has been frustrating and draining for organization.
