      Pros

      In 15 years this company has turned my dream job into something I dread every single day! My endless list of "Pros" has slowly diminished to nothing.

      Cons

      Utter chaos most days. Work life balance is non existent. Below average salaries. Outsourcing valuable positions previously held by experienced and loyal employees for 15, 20, 25 years - resulting in many layoffs every year! 401K has been cut in half. Attractive PTO "investment" now gone! If you have a family and you crave stability, opportunities for growth and loyalty in your senior management team, RUN! RUN FAST AND FAR!

      Pros

      If you are looking for a short to middle term place to acquire experience, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you. While not as generous as they once were, the benefits are, for the most part above average.

      Cons

      In the US, long term careers have become few and far between. Many with 15 + years of experience have chosen to "Seek other opportunities" rather than risk being downsized.

      Good health insurance. Some great teams.

      Cons

      Bad pay. Just cut 401k benefits. Constant layoffs. Not worth the stress. Very few opportunities for professional for growth.
