      Pros

      Life balance Hybrid working. In the office twice a week

      Cons

      Leadership team is STILL looking for ways to grow. We went from Map2020 -2021 nothing. Different platforms and now UniMap. It’s surprising that we are still afloat. We have had so many layoffs it ridiculously. Management seems to only care about our European colleagues. USA had 1500 employees now 500.

      Good benefits and flexible work hours (depending on your manager).

      Cons

      Growth of the company has been stagnant for years. People are very smart in general, but some of them are smart in a wrong way. Many of those who are in the senior to middle management are busy with politics focusing on their own ambitions rather than collective goals or what is truly important for the company (if they even know what they are). While the company is making long-term bets, its management focus is near-sighted and the future is concerning.

      Pros

      The company strategy is much clearer than it was 2-3 years ago, but still not clear enough. A lot of benefits were removed, some not much better ones added.

      Cons

      They cut in half 401k, which was the best part of the benefits and stole away our PTO, moving it to DTO. The problem is every manager and lead in US office tries to show his powers. They don't like answering emails, don't care about feedback, they do care about leaving in their own built bubble. Unfortunately, nobody cares about it. A lot of really good employees has left the company, as they don't pay so good as others. I can tell you that because I'm an Engineering Manager by myself and getting an increase is almost impossible (besides regular 3%).
