      Pros

      Very nice and professional engineers. I had a great pleasure to work with these people. Interesting projects, bringing a big impact to the world and users. Using the products myself up until now.

      Cons

      Too many managers. Too old and conservative management that keeps employees in stress and a panic mode. Power games in the higher management. Often company re-organisations that slows down development and product delivery.

      Pay is good. They provide snacks in Seattle (not as much in Chicago though)

      Command and control culture. People are scared of being viewed as failures.
