      True unlimited vacation time policy

      Cons

      Failed platform strategy, endless product delays, incompetent leadership, product quality in continued downward trend, inability to execute, no accountability, the list goes on. HERE is incredibly dysfunctional. There has been massive attrition in 2021 which compounded many issues. I would not recommend HERE to anyone. HERE should be a case study in how not to run a company
