      Pros

      Work Life balance. Have space for cubicles.

      Cons

      Mired with politics in the middle managment. This is data company with old school Motorola managers who have no idea about Data Science. There is no career growth possible because of uncertainity of the future. Careerwise you will be stagnated as there are no promotions. This company is best for low-skill engineers . All the highly skilled engineers have already left.

      Very good benefits and generpus PTO

      Cons

      Its very hard to transfer within the company. Even harder to get an anwser from HR regardinf the position. The only way you know you didnt get the job is when you are either introducted to the new hire or an announcement is made
