leadership is selfish,appraisal done on how much you praise in front & give bad words at
back, some male managers are weak for women & girls bow down to beautiness of girls &
womens. appraisal for girls & women are high.honest managers are also facing lots of
politics ,managers are against managers.managers & leaders come close to
production members when american visit for project demo. in the name of quality & wrong
formulas members increment & hard work is dominated.all r working like donkey never
think what is the use of products in real life. expect more & more ideas which will be
forwarded to IAC app to R & N dept. but the idea of members are used later on for
different process.no royalty it has been stealed from the mebers & appreciation goes to
leaders ,managers.indian leaders & manager are fight for credits & appreciation.some of
ladies managers is too much hungry for credits .managers are dying to go abroad visit,do lot
of show off at abroad post thier selfie & also those members who work extra & please
PL,Manager they will be taken to abroad. every managers need slave & that managers will
become slave in front of americans. indian managers accept any challenges & deadlines
given Americans & at he end production member will suffer during delivery date .never work
anything extra for organisation free of cost. organisation pays for this extra works but
managers gets all the advantage.nothing is free in this world but this selfish Indian
management needs every best talent free of cost & present to higher management in their
credit name.
