      The benefits the company has are the same worldwide and they are really good, it is a company socially responsible. The work environment is great also... Another benefit is that this company is always working with edge technology what keep you up to date to what is currently happening and we are competing against the biggest technology company what is a good challenge

      Bureaucratic and the opportunities to grow are limited and not global, hence you need to wait to have a promotion, look for a new challenge real hard or decide to go to find better opportunities

      Pros

      Fun work. lot of traveling, good expenses. Compared to others jobs in Mexico is above average. Good job for young people.

      Cons

      Talent and ideas are wasted. Enthusiasm lows. Poor HR support concerning harrasment and hostile comments that are ignored by Team Leaders. Contradictory policies about working hours. "Leaders" didn't support me when asked about illness.
