      Pros

      Salary is more than fair in Berlin. People are supportive for you are private life and personal projects outside, a good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Reorganization can happen regularly in order to get rid of redundant roles within the company. Therefore, there are only pockets of interesting projets&teams within the organization.

      Pros

      Problems we are working on are very interesting. Mind blowing amounts of data, hight loads, algorithms that make you say wow when you see the result. This company is really making a difference in the world, working on things only 2-3 other companies can do.

      Cons

      Culture and professional level depend on particular team. There are super boring old schoolers maintaining legacy projects and producing spagetti C++ or very nice and energetic teams which are fighting for code quality and CI/CD, moving company forward... High management is busy with constant reorgs, jumping from position to position, however nothing really changes... High goals are not clear, however there is hope that new CEO and his team are doing the right job this time...
