      Non technical manager really sucks

      Good company if you are lucky to have a good manager

      Cons

      Worst part is that mostly managers are fully non technical who are good in bad politics and ruins your career. HR department is fully hopeless

      Quality of the teams, exciting areas of impact (autonomous vehicles, urban mobility, etc).

      Cons

      A lot of talk and buzz and no action. Company has become driven by politics and fiefdoms. Leaders spend more time trying to grab power than addressing the many things the company can fix and do better. A pity.

      1. No addressing towards new joinees 2. No clarity about Manager 3. No brief given about team/ activities/ deliverables 4. Giving any possible task whether a part of scope of not 5. Giving work without any explanation or background or reference 6. Not interested in giving time to new employee at all. 7. Poor code of conduct 8. Promising job description but not even close to it in reality 9. Sad and dull environment
