      Clean and tidy place to work

      Salary, incentives, company spends too much money on higher management by giving perks, Trips, Unimaginable Corporate Politics, company won't survive in India after 2020 as no vision as now and there will be attrition soon as 4000 employees are working in India. Think twice before joining HERE. They will sell best place to work certificate but it will ruin your career by trusting them. Even if you want Join then all the best

      multinational, we can practice a lot of English

      Cons

      - very limited opportunities to grow (the job that you're hired to do, is most probably the only job you will end up doing 8 years later; the company doesn't provide opportunities to get coached or attend business school or otherwise grow your capabilities; you can do it in your free time, but there is no support from the company except for provision of some on-line classes - the offer of the benefits and compensation is also very limited, compared to other technological companies within the Netherlands; the package that is being offered together with the salary, is below market average; not sufficient to attract the real "brains" in the market (so... ehm... if you want to work with the best in your field, maybe look somewhere else)
