      Not worth working in some project if you a technical person in Mumbai branch

      Pros

      Good Company,Good Healthcare policy which include even parents,Nice pick up and drop buses,some time >100% bonus

      Cons

      1)So much politics and some projects are worst 2)In Some project there is only sql changes work . 3)Due to politics Many Testing Managers are becoming Technical Manager and since they are not technically sound they torture technical peoples,give them double work and expect to complete in one Sprint 4)This is a good company in terms of Transportation/HR policies/Health insurance but if your project is not good, your manager is a tester and you are a technical employee then how would you survive

      Favourite and dirty politics is been done. Good for entery level Should not work for more then a year or 2

      Pros

      Discretionary Time Off, Flexible Work Schedule, Competitive Benefits, and the ability to work on many interesting/challenging projects with extremely intelligent people.

      Cons

      Leadership and Strategy of the company changes every few years. As an employee at HERE, you have to be able to deal with many re-organizations and some slight chaos. Senior Management calls it a roller coaster ride.
