      Pros

      work balance benefits but no longer Vacation schedule in line with industry Try to mimic 'startup' environment but if not in HQs, you will not see anything

      Cons

      Too many management changes (5 CEO in 10 years) Lack of focus: strategy switch every 2 years HR department is utterly incompetent: layoffs are routine and no career paths are proposed Culture is nonexistent Company is in decline after years of bloated management and bad decisions
