      Kind of crazy these days, but a lot of potential!

      Pros

      -Very dynamic environment, never boring! -Innovative company, always pushing the boundaries of map making -Good benefits, great PTO -New senior management team -Great future opportunities with autonomous driving

      Cons

      -Constant state of organizational churn for the last several years -Limited advancement opportunities unless you are in a main office location -Too much work still happens in departmental silos -Uncertainty around the future of my office location

      Pros

      Great Seattle office location with an amazing view of the water and downtown area. Great opportunity to surround yourself with motivated and smart people. Company stocks up the kitchen with both junk food and healthy food at no cost to the employee. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Communication lacks greatly between departments. Job duties are assigned to specific people; not departments, so it is difficult to get answers or find resources. You need to jump through hoops to get to the right person to help answer your question. Everything is communicated via internal social media. Management miss all the updates if they are not following the chat board.

      Pros

      High-tech company. Most people won't recognize the company name, people understand the product and instantly identifies the industry. Benefits are solid in my opinion. You can find better, but hard to complain much about them. You can find good people in this company. Downtown offices are convenient.

      Cons

      Fragmented and inefficient. Each group has their own agenda and doesn't utilize each other . Upper and middle management don't fully understand their own company. High upper management turnover.
