      Poisoned environment, fear, worst management ever seen!

      Pros

      Salary, nice office space, good places for lunch.

      Cons

      A disaster. Everyone is looking for opportunities to leave, especially those who survived the first 3 years. Most of Management is looking for change, but blocks change if it comes. Selfish individuals, no team spirit, no motivation, just execution of some Managers non-sense orders.

      Amazing people, suffering under terrible management

      Pros

      Some of the best peers you will ever get to work with. Passionate folks and amazing talent, albeit wasted. Climate in the Berlin office is casual and fun between colleagues. Lots of freedom in terms of when to come, what to wear, etc. Work life balance depends on team.

      Cons

      With the exception of maybe two, the management team is terrible. No development opportunities. One of the most political companies ever. It's all about MY headcount, MY budget, MY title. Restructures just for the sake of boosting certain people's egos. Company tries to be young and techy, but they extremely corporate and slow.
