      As far as internal business systems go, leadership is failing

      - Good work/life balance - Nice offices

      Cons

      - Non-existent long term strategy for internal business systems - Business silos make software decisions without involving technical resources,. - Even though there's some level of data governance, there's still master data stored in numerous systems, frequently out of date, mismatching, and a mess. - Numerous reporting systems (5+) - Most of Enterprise Applications was recently outsourced to Wipro (an outsourcing firm not known for quality). I think things are only going to get worse.

      Good colleagues but always C - Level Battles

      - good company - great people - multiple opportunities to make money

      Cons

      - C-Level is siloing up and fighting each other - Product Mgmt is detached from reality - lot of external senior hires have no idea what they are talking about and have been hired because they worked for Amazon, Daimler or other unicorns.

      Used to have a great team spirit Used to have competitive salaries Still some great folks left

      Cons

      Toxic mid and top management Reorgs every few months, no stability and therefore, no success Personal interests dictate how and what type of work is done, quality of work is irrelevant these days, the only thing that counts is having "good friends" and brown nosing Nepotism is king, inhibiting innovation, product quality and marketing effectiveness Salaries are ridiculous for Berlin Employee rights are treated like these never existed in Germany Bullying is mistaken for management - but what else can be expected of incompetent leaders? Results and quality of products will remain incredibly bad, customers will keep complaining if you don't fix the interpersonal issues by having the right leaders in leading positions
