      Pros

      Work life balance and ability to work in different parts of the organization.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability at the leadership level. Marketing and Comms have done nothing to make HERE a better brand name and it reflects on the CEO's inability to make difficult changes.

      Some people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Here has been in the unsuccessful pursuit of becoming a platform company for years. The company is quick to boast how great they are, but loses one major account after the next. Beware of brand. It is a group that serves its own interests, and seems to take the driver seat with the direction of the company more than CEO.
