Some very smart people are still there

Cons

More smart people are leaving every month or are burned out. Managers create chaos and then look for developers to blame. Bringing up concerns leads to punishment. Top level can't present any vision. Politics and information-hiding prevents teams working together. Developers are not allowed to make decisions. Management does not care about the company, products or customers, only about their career and office politics. "Company values" are only used in jokes

No work pressure. Good initial package. Lively ambiance.

Cons

Partial towards many things like appraisals , Salary increment , reward and Recognition. Unfair opportunity distribution. Since, was my first work experience, I can't say if this in just in HERE or common in other companies.

Great learning curve, you get support from your direct managers , good opportunity to be at the core of future technologies while in early inception /growth stage

Cons

The company gone through waves of transition that took much longer than planned , the implications were definitly not as planned, many redunduncies been make with a poor communications prior to final decision stage. The company management has been shifted from EU focus to USA focus and the style of management had definitly shifted from rational , soft to much more hard managment and results driven more than performance driven . Seems logical but details then does not alway go smooth or effective as claimed.
