1. Very bias Middle managers 2. Saying women empowerment they give undeserved hike to girls, instead of a deserving male candidate 3. Many middle managers also give free hike or promotion to the guys who be with managers but 0 work also ppl who just provide info about other team members are given awards & Recognition

Interesting position in the market. Work life balance is possible. Neither crazy startup nor rigid corporate culture. Global scale that no startup can match.

Cons

In bed with automotive groups. If those dinosaurs don't survive the upcoming shift to autonomous, HERE may not last. On the other hand, if those dinosaurs win, HERE wins too.
