      Thumbs down on Upper Management

      Pros

      Flexible hours Benefits are decent until recent cut back on 401k matching DTO instead of PTO, but not everyone likes this Lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't seem capable to make good decision on promoting right people. Seen many great teams didn't get credit and power to control the course of projects direction. Often times which lead to many questionable decisions resulted in wasted time and resource doing either duplicated or unnecessary stuff. The branding is still giving outside people a 'huh?' Despite company spent millions to acquire 'HERE'. Let's be real no one I know within the company like this idea

      Biased management with high level politics

      None! Some one who likes to do everything other than real work will get all the visibility, attention & promotion

      Cons

      The leadership guys hired last year are very poor, highly biased & hired only because of powerful references. They have zero knowledge of Map/GIS industry & are making life hell of other employees to hide their inefficiencies. They've no clarity on what should be the goals & would only push their subordinates for answers as they themselves lack vision. Feel sad for Daman as he has such people in senior management
