Pros
- Pretty young workforce - Benefits are great. Start on day 1. - Great office and location (Chicago office) - Modern facilities and technology
Cons
- Very lean workforce (esp since all of the layoffs due to the merger with Nokia) - As a result, people are not willing to go the extra mile and will say "no" to things that should be done - VERY political. The "Don't play in my sandbox" mentality - Total lack of commitment from leadership to follow through on what is communicated (for example, the Head of L&C committed to have all of his employees level-set by Jan 31, 2012. It's not March 2012 and there are key areas that have no idea what their new job titles and pay grades are) - Huge disconnect between what Nokia wants and L&C wants. Very much like a parent and disgruntled teenager relationship
