      Pros

      Good colleagues for the most part, bad apples stand out but don't necessarily get removed. Opportunities for work-life balance are good.

      Cons

      So many re-orgs. Men still the vast majority and "visibility" is valued, sometimes more than actual work. Lay-offs are common and have created a fear-based culture.

      Pros

      Some positions allow you to work remotely which is a great perk. The people at HP are very intelligent and hard working. Ability to move around within the company and try new positions.

      Cons

      The work/life balance that they like to preach about is nonexistent. You are expected to work 10 plus hours a day and still do not have enough time to complete your work. You are also expected to travel over the weekends. No longer a company that creates new technology, now we license from others. The compensation is very low compared to other technology companies.

      Pros

      You get a chance to work for a big fat organisation which will only make your resume look good. Apart from that, I do not see any Pros.

      Cons

      About Cons: Just one word - Pathetic! Managers at HP Inc will only try to satisfy their ego. Too much of Mico-Management. Mangers who doesn't belong to your domain (doesn't know about your technology) will poke their nose in your work and will torture you till you leave. Just getting good salary will not make you happy here. My sincere advice to you would be - if you have any other relatively good offer then think twice before making to HP Inc.
