      Pros

      Excellent benefits. Awesome culture (at least my team & sphere of influence was awesome). Great advancement opportunities. It really helps when your company is a Fortune 50 company.

      Cons

      Upper management evaluates every 3 months. Layoffs every quarter. Felt like russian roulette.
