      Size of the company often turns you into only a "number" and it really depends on what department and manager you are working for.

      Chill culture. Good work environment.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Mostly laid back culture/environment. Good benefits. Just get the work done that you commit to and you will do just fine.

      Cons

      All companies this size have their bureaucracy for better or worse. The lone engineer who does his/her job well doesn't have tons of growth potential. It's the engineer that socializes and gets into a breadth of projects with high visibility that makes it high in the HP ranking system.
