Pros

Good office, good location, nice people and very nice benefits. They have a good vision of what they want to do and they have a plan to reduce overhead, but I am not seeing a lot of speed in that space.

Cons

Slow moving ship, they want to be good at developing products, but they are not changing quickly enough. They also lack the engineering talents in the bank, and are offshoring way too much - focusing on body counts versus paying for top talent.

Pros

Work from home 4 days a week, modern office with good free coffee. High global senior leadership exposure.

Cons

Huge salary gaps within one team and n little willingness to address it, mediocre local leadership, global stakeholders happily getting advantage of employees skills but Krakow office not willing to pay for them. Competition offers up to 50% more of the total package. No help with career development, managers advise to apply to a different department.
