Pros

Great salary and benefits and responsive attitude from management that addressed employees concerns. Awesome opportunities to volunteer also kept us contributing to the communities in which we served.

Cons

I must say that I did not like that fact that we had to work 1 weekend every month but, that is to be expected in any banking environment.
