Staff, board, and volunteers all share a passion for the organization's mission. They are trying to grow and help more people. Constructs new homes for local families needing affordable housing. Repairs homes for local families who are low-income. Positive work environment with attentive leadership.

Cons

Small organization that can only do so much. Need more volunteers to have a bigger effect. Pay is less than ordinary companies due to being a non-profit.
