The work is fulfilling, and the product helps save lives.
Cons
Leadership hires managers/personnel with no relatable experience, these managers make poor decisions and the engineers/technicians are left picking up the pieces working overtime to get projects across the finish line. Most of the managers only show up 2-3 times a week and "work from home" the other days.
