Pros
It is great to work for a company that makes a difference in people's lives and has a strong plan for the future The new CEO is very candid and I like his style. The on boarding was good, they set up time for you to speak to all of the leaders and team members in your first month that you would be working with or run our business units. I found all of the people willing to spend time to make sure you have the information you need to be successful. I feel like I can make a difference here which is exciting.
Cons
Too many training modules! Some older processes and tools that need to be addressed.
