Fellow workers are great! Work as a team when needed. Good Benefits.

Cons

Company lets go great workers. Company makes money in spite of themselves. Always a new flavor of the month.....whatever the new gimmick is at that time. ( Above / below the line, Who took the cheese, Branded Champions, etc.) Nothing is rarely ever followed through and used.

friendly atmosphere, good salary, good location

Cons

poor management. the c suites are completely hands off. over controlling people leading finance, lacking people skills, and the ability to see talent and nuture it. everyone is disposable. going through a "cultural initiative", what a joke.
