      Company has it's flaws but so far so good.

      Pros

      This company has growth potential depending on which department you work for. Things are very different from one group to another.

      Cons

      Getting the help that you need to accomplish projects. When people leave roles they aren't replaced the responsibilities will be spread to a few employees to take on and that's that.
