      Low key corporate culture Initial compensation upon hiring Ability to do more and participate in roles outside of your scope

      Cons

      Corporate culture is changing and we have yet to see the direction it will take after the growing pains Initial compensation upon hiring is good, after that future pay and growth can be limited Ability to do more and participate in roles outside of your scope, good and bad. You will be asked to do that which you do not hold title or pay for as which is the case with many companies.

      A place to do your job from 8 to 5 and have your day

      Pros

      very quiet you can focus on your work easily. There are lots of very nice people. There is a sport team that people can join.

      Cons

      People don't communicate much. I found it hard to make friends with my colleagues. I felt there was too much attention to paper work.
