      There is tons of opportunity if you work hard and learn the process

      Popularity plays a factor, certain supervisors create a toxic work environment, no path forward for growth, no women in positions of power, HR is virtually useless, mediocre employees skate by while star players get run into the ground trying to pick up the slack

      Pay, benefits, that's pretty much all...

      Long hours, very bad office politics, mandatory overtime, favoritism, always shorthanded crews so you're always doing extra work, they hire anybody so the people you work with aren't always the brightest, and it's a very "woke" culture so some people get away with doing whatever they want while others are constantly watched and called out for any little mistake.
