      Pros

      Good size company where individuals can absolutely have an impact. Diverse set of products and customers. Leader in many segments in which it competes. Really enjoy working with the teams there - great, collaborative people.

      Cons

      Conservative resourcing so while you can have a big individual impact, it would be helpful to have more support at times.

      Pros

      The hiring process is quick, easy and they don’t require you to have a degree if you have a little work experience.

      Cons

      As a Software Engineer working in the Boston area, I enjoyed working here but late last year the department took on a new direction that’s People and Software focused. Slogans aside, the result of this is a toxic work environment that shows little integrity towards its workers. This may be ok if you’re looking for short-term employment. I would not look for a career here though, as I Seemore bad practices being imposed.
